Fund) and abroad (Axon Partners Group), established companies and created successful businesses from scratch up to scaleup with huge exits. EOS is one of his best biotech backed startup sold to an American listed company at 470M$ with 12x return.

Francesco graduated in Economics (auditing) at the Bocconi University in Milan. He started his carrier in the financial industry in 2001, working for one of the Big Four Audit Companies where he focused on accounting, compliance, risk management and internal controls matters. Francesco has been long in the employ of leading Italian and International banks, specializing in internal auditing and compliance controls. In particular, between 2012 and 2015 he was in charge of the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Italian department in an international bank. In 2015, together with Massimiliano Marinelli, founded Comply Consulting; at present, Francesco is in charge of many Compliance, Anti-money Laundering and Internal Audit assignments in leading Alternative Asset Manager (Private Equity, Private Debt, Venture Capital e Real Estate), and in other financial intermediaries (i.e. payment institutions).
