Simone Zucchetti

Simone Zucchetti graduated in Business Administration from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and attended a Master in Tax Law. Partner of Studio Tremonti Romagnoli Piccardi e Associati, he specialises in international and corporate taxation.

Tremonti Romagnoli Piccardi e Associati is a leading Italian law firm, providing a wide range of consultancy and tax advisory services to domestic and foreign clients, founded in the early ‘80s by Professor Giulio Tremonti. Simone advises multinational corporations, investment banks, private equity funds in extraordinary transactions, IPOs and debt transactions in a variety of industries. During his 20-year career he gained significant experience on international tax and transfer pricing matters.

He is author of several publications in the leading international taxation journals and speaker at seminars and conferences on tax matters. He sits as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, Statutory Auditor, Sole Auditor and Board Member, in several companies active in various sectors.

Stefania Mancino

Chartered accountant, Member of ODCEC Rome Board of Statutory Auditors Commission, A4W, Nedcommunity, Aisca. Stefania Mancino has s degree in Economics and Business Administration and a licensed certified public accountant registered in Rome. She is an expert in internal controls, risk management processes, financial reporting and internal audits, corporate governance and sustainability (non-financial statements) for listed and non-listed groups and organizations operating in regulated sectors. Owner of a tax, administrative, corporate and financial consulting firm. She is a Statutory Auditor in different companies of Gruppo Intesa Sanpaolo and in the Boards of Statutory Auditors and Integrity Committees of important listed and non-listed companies of the financial, utility, publishing, engineering, IT and health sectors.
She has thirty years of experience in subsidized loans to businesses, venture capital funding for start-ups, strategic and financial planning, and business plan development.
