Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance with a practical focus on Venture Capital.


Matteo completed his academic studies at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, complemented by an intensive program at UniVertis – School of Operational Finance, focused on Venture Capital and Private Equity, where he developed strong skills in financial analysis, company valuation, and investment deal structuring. He previously earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Bari.

His research work focused on shareholders’ agreements and exit mechanisms in Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions, with particular attention to put & call options for exit management, minority protection, and alignment of shareholder interests.
In parallel, he gained initial exposure to investment-related activities, contributing to reports on economic and social impact in support of institutional stakeholders, consolidating a hands-on understanding of investment processes and value creation dynamics.

Driven by a strong interest in innovation and strategic growth, he is drawn to the intersection of finance, governance, and sustainable development. Deeply connected to his home region, the Gargano, he is a co-founder of territorial initiatives in innovation and entrepreneurship (imfromgargano.it), focusing on the connection between local ecosystems, innovation hubs, and the startup world.
