ETA Fund - Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition is the first Italian Institutional Investment Fund investing in Search Funds. ETA Fund is a specialised small-private-equity vehicle dedicated to investing in Search Funds and supporting the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders.
The Fund backs high-potential searchers throughout the full journey - from the search phase to the acquisition and long-term management of established Italian SMEs, typically with €5 - 15M revenues and €1 - 3M EBITDA.
Our investment strategy focuses on generational-transition opportunities and on strengthening solid, profitable companies with enduring competitive advantages. Searchers become CEOs of the acquired businesses, driving operational excellence, sustainable growth, and value creation over time.
