Luigi Capello is a serial entrepreneur and Business Angel, and the Founder & CEO of Zest S.p.A., a publicly listed company and Italy’s market leader in early-stage Venture Capital and Open Innovation.

He previously founded and led LVenture Group S.p.A. (now Zest, following its merger with Digital Magics S.p.A.) and created the Luiss EnLabs accelerator in partnership with Luiss University. Luigi also co-founded Italian Angels for Growth (IAG) and has invested in and supported numerous startups, often taking on operational roles.

Earlier in his career, he worked in leading investment banks and managed Private Equity funds. He also teaches in the Executive Program at Luiss Business School.
