Antonio Dettoli joined EUREKA! in July 2021. He graduated from the University of Lecce in 2006 completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Finance. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Management Control, Banking and Finance completed in 2007.
After pursuing his university degrees, he started his career as an administrative employee for Wise Equity SGR, were he focused on AIF accounting and relationships with Outsourcers and Authorities. After the AIF experience, from 2010 to 2016, he worked in EFG Bank as a Senior Accountant and Back Office Specialist.
Prior to joining EUREKA!, from 2018 to 2021, Antonio was Manager Accountant for a start-up SIM and Controller for a Real Estate SGR. He is specialized in Finance, Administration, Reporting Package and relationships with Outsourcers, External Auditors and Authorities.
Brian O’Kelley is a serial entrepreneur, technologist, and angel investor. He co-founded AppNexus in 2007 and was the company’s CEO and Chairman through its $1.6B sale to AT&T in 2018. Over these 11 years Brian grew the company to over 1,000 employees through a deep commitment to the company’s mission - to create a better internet - and its values, including a major focus on diversity and inclusion. Prior to AppNexus, Brian was the CTO of Right Media (later sold to Yahoo! in 2007 for $850MM), where he invented the online advertising exchange.
Brian is an active board member of Tech:NYC. Brian has been named to Crain’s 40 Under 40, Adweek 50 and Silicon Alley 100 lists, holds multiple patents, and was recognized as an E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year in the New York region in 2012. Brian is an active ally and is deeply committed to making the technology industry more inclusive.
Brian has a B.S.E. in Computer Science from Princeton University, where he is an active alumnus. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife, two daughters, and two cats.
Umberto Bottesini has 20 years of experience in the digital industry as entrepreneur and manager. Pioneer in Europe in data driven marketing, great expert of MadTech with 3 exits in the field.
Prior to co-founding Balcksheep Ventures Umberto Bottesini was an entepreneur and manager that covered executive assignments for several international companies. He started his career working for technology consulting firms such as IBM and Teradata; in 2005 he held the role of manager at Fullsix Group, part of WPP Group.
In 2008 he co-founded and led as a CEO Simple Agency which became in a few years the largest digital marketing agency in Italy, holding the role of Ceo until the acquisition by Dentsu, a global leader in media & communications services.
From 2017 he simultaneously held the positions of Chief Data Officer of the Group and General Manager of Amnet, the business unit dedicated to the programmatic advertising. In November 2018 he was definitely appointed Chief Digital and Data Officer and Executive Board Member of the Group, position that he held till February 2020.
Since 2014 Umberto is the Founder and Ceo of Qreative, a private investment vehicle that creates, identifies and invests in start-up or scale-up companies united by the same mission: applying emerging technology and deep automation to solve real life or business problems of today.
He's also contract professor of Digital Communication at ALMA - Università Cattolica of MIlan.
Sandro Moretti in an entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in digital marketing & advertising. Founder and manager of the largest digital marketing agency in Italy.
Before co-founding BalckSheep Ventures, Sandro Moretti was an entrepreneur and manager in the marketing industries, with a successful track record.
Sandro is graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University. After10 years in the consultancy and Private Equity industry in Italy and abroad, Sandro focused his career in Digital Marketing, becoming Partner at FullSix (WPP Group).
In 2007 he decided to change the rules of the marketing and advertising industry, and co-founded Simple Agency. As CEO, he drove the fast growth of the start-up, developing large client's accounts, increasing the number of services delivered and managing the operations of the agency (100 ML€ turnover, 200 employees).
In 2013 he sold the agency to the 3rd largest marketing corporation (Dentsu Group), becoming Head of Corporate and Business Operations for the Group in Italy. Since 2017 he's responsible for scouting and integration of new acquisitions. Sandro is also a lecturer in digital marketing in masters programs in Italy.
Marco Caradonna is a serial entrepreneur with deep knowledge of the media industry, expertise in digital marketing, ROI measurement and go-to-market.

He joined Dentsu Aegis Network in 2013 to escalate the digital approach of Simple Agency, a new generation digital marketing services provider he founded in 2008 aiming to simplify the approach to marketing and advertising in the interactive industry, based on an innovative business model integrating marketing, media, creativity and technology.

Giovanni Strocchi has 25 years experience in digital innovation, big data services, communication, sales and marketing, in multi-cultural international organizations and startups.
Giovanni Strocchi is the former CEO of ADmantX which he drove to become the leading data provider of contextual advertising, advanced brand safety and 1st party Audience Profiling up to the recent acquisition by Integral AdScience (IAS) backed by Vista Equity Fund.
A passionate innovator, he focuses his experience on launching and developing new technology and digital business initiatives. He is an active Angel Investor (Italian Angel Association Screening Board Lead Member) and active Board Member in different Start up with more than 25 personal Investments (2 exits). Member of I-COM (Smart Data Global Forum) Start Up Selection Board. He has recently co-founded Foolfarm, a new AI focused Start Up Studio in Italy.
Prior to ADmantX, Giovanni held key roles in the Vodafone Group in London, where he was responsible for developing the worldwide business offering and assisting with key partnerships and acquisitions. Previously, he was Senior Consultant at McKinsey, Board of Directors member at Technogym (launching two new start-up initiatives), and held positions at TIM and Alcatel.
Giovanni has a degree in Electronic Engineering with a major in Computer Science & Telecommunication and an international MBA.
Antonio Achille is the global head of McKinsey’s luxury sector, and he is part of the leadership team of the Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail Practices globally. He is also responsible for the consumer and retail team in the Mediterranean area.
Antonio has over 20 years’ experience in advising national and international groups on issues that include corporate strategy, growth acceleration, organization redesign, and post-merger integration. The geographical scope of his work includes China, Europe, Korea, the Middle East, North America, and Turkey.
On behalf of McKinsey, Antonio is responsible for the Digital Luxury Experience Observatory, developed in partnership with Altagamma, which provides an in-depth analysis of key consumer and industry trends annually.
Antonio is extensively quoted as a luxury and consumer expert in Italian and international media, such as the Financial Times, The New York Times, The Economist, Bloomberg, CNBC, Fashion Illustrated, The Business of Fashion, Harvard Business Review, Il Sole 24 Ore, Corriere della Sera, Mark Up, and MF fashion.
