Graduated with honors from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan, he is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor. He began his career at Akros, working first in the M&A team and then in Private Equity.

He is a founding partner of the firm Corbella Villa Crostarosa Guicciardi, which specializes in valuation services and forensic accounting. He provides consulting services to institutional investors, banks, and both Italian and foreign service and industrial companies.

He has extensive experience in corporate governance and internal control systems. He has held and currently holds numerous positions—often appointed by institutional investors—on Boards of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors of Italian companies, some of which are listed on the main market or on the EGM, including banks (within ECB-supervised groups), financial institutions, asset management companies, and investment firms.
